In this chapter, we want to deal with creating profile objects. To do this, we will first look at what the workflow looks like, starting from a 2D drawing up to a cutting profile, which we use to create a skirting board.

We will then look at a related method for creating wood technology boards as profile objects. To do this, we will first bridge the gap and create the same skirting board again as a carpenter's board with profile intelligence, and then also create a fitting strip using this method.
